HP Gas Connection Transfer

When consumer changes his distributor or ends his terms with his current distributor, this process is called HP gas connection transfer. A HP gas connection transfer is initiated by consumer when he relocates within same city or when he shifts in other Indian city. Transfer of HP Gas connection can be performed offline and online.

HP Gas Online Transfer:

• Existing consumers, for HP gas online transfer, should open HP Gas official website
• Drop the list from Quick Link column on HP Gas website homepage
• From dropped list, select HP Gas Consumer Zone
• On next page, there are two options

Existing Member:

If consumer has an account with HP Gas website, he can log in using his customer ID and Password. After logging in, consumer can select HP gas online transfer and place a request of HP gas connection transfer after filling HP gas online transfer form

Non Member:

If consumer is not a member with HP Gas website, he should sign up first. He should click the button Sign Up for Existing Consumer; this button also solves purpose of refill booking, complaints, double bottle connection and HP gas online transfer. After his registration is done, log in using ID n Password and follow the same process as in case of a member; fill HP gas online transfer form and submit for HP gas online transfer

Offline HP Gas Connection Transfer:

• Consumer can directly out reach his distributor
• Or he can call his distributor regarding the same
• Distributor would let know the consumer of the formalities he has to perform including HP gas online transfer form.

Conditions of Connection Transfer

Within City Transfer:

• After submission of  HP gas online transfer form, distributor issues e-CTA (e- Consumer Transfer Advice) to consumer which is a code of authorization when subscription voucher is produced; for three months
• This subscription voucher is handed over to new distributor who returns the same after endorsing it
• Regulator and Cylinder is retained by consumer

Out of City Transfer:

• After HP gas online transfer form submission, Termination Voucher is issued by distributor along with deposit amount refund; deposit amount is refunded after Regulator n Cylinder are surrendered
• Consumer should not surrender his Domestic Consumer Gas Card as it will be required for enrollment with new distributor
• After deposit amount described on Termination Voucher is paid to new distributor, reconnection is resumed again; get and retain new Subscription Voucher
